starlights touch at 3 stacks is a mediocre heal and it to spam it it cost more mana than it heals.
Why did they completely gut his Q?
the ONLY reason to ever cast q without 3 stacks is to proc passive.

Have to agree with this.Also a YI just killed me while I had my ult on with the word invulnerable above my head.
If you use both of your other basic spells, you'll basically have 2 stacks already there. At least when you use your passive, it has a 2 - 3 second CD. (With CDR, it's even less) It's a good chunk of health when you're popping it that fast for yourself and at least one other person.
I think solo lane taric could finally return
