Delete In-Game Chat
I know I can mute all, but if you take it away I bet toxic chatters would have to figure out a way to be productive and not rage in game.

Unfortunately at that point you're also losing out on strategy discussion, which is fundamental to late-game, especially if pings don't get the point across enough.
Toxic people are terrible and can ruin games, but so can miscommunication about playmaking.
