Tl;Dr: For all the post from people who are surprised by being reported at negative/harassing, how you talk to people matters and you shouldn't be surprised when there are negative consequences.
I always say you can swear at situations but you should never swear at a person and I think that's about as basic as I can make any idea on this subject.
The problem is that the people who would take the time to read the article and try to get something out of it already know it. The people that don't understand the concept of talking nice to others are going to be to narrow minded. The proof is right here in this thread. You are arguing with the exact type of person that the ban system is in place for, and you can just tell by their responses that they won't even attempt to see the logic.
u wanna know what cyber bullying is. holding ur team hostage in a game for 40 minutes because u wanna troll. picking trolls picks then feeding then DC from game, thats bullying because u legit are wasting the other persons time and they have no control over it.

some people like to be shitted on. other people wont tolerate it. and will voice their frustration. not everyone can just sit there and take it. now i can understand if they go overboard and dont shut up about it thats different. but if u make 1 or 2 comments about it in game who the hell cares
