How many times do I have to report a bug before it gets taken seriously?

Sorry I know the title is click bait, but in a very serious manner, I have been getting what I have dubbed the "white screen of afk report" which is that at least once a day the server for the game decided that I am not connected to the internet and won't let me participate in a match. I have checked literally everything on my side so I do not need any IT support answers. I need this fixed. I am at the very least an honorable player and I would like it if your game didn't set me up to get reported because of a bug that I have no control over. Fix the game please.

I know you said you don't need any IT support answers, but... have you tried releasing and renewing your IP through Command Prompt when the disconnect happens (and it won't detect your connection to come back)? I used to have this issue and this solved it for me;

Open Command Prompt by pressing "Windows Key + R" to open the Run window, then typing "cmd" and pressing Enter.
Type "ipconfig /release" then wait a few seconds for it to finish.
Type "ipconfig /renew".
Wait a few seconds for the connection to reestablish.
Try loading into the match again.
Profit.

I'm not seeing any posts of yours on the Help & Support board, but they can really help you over there with troubleshooting issues like this. Sometimes we take every action we think is possible and never fix it because we didn't even bother considering the possibility that the problem is something else entirely.
