Computer crash AFK

Today was the first time I have ever gone AFK, which you have made me sign a waver for. It doesn't matter that whatever happened because of this "lockfile" I keep finding in your program was the reason I had to reset my entire computer, you made me sign a waiver. I am not prone to anger but this is something that greatly angers me about your game. There are key problems that I keep seeing that players can too easily get blamed for. There is no real accountability and a lot of things on here have become very unbalanced and toxic with the community/reprimanding system in place and it makes it far too easy to be punished for things that are quite literally outside of my limited control. I've checked all of my hardware and software and this is the only program I have a consistent traceable problem with and I refuse to be banned because of something outside of my control.

Aside from the gripe I have, is anyone else experiencing issues like this? I'm talking about single digit FPS, Pings in the literal 1000-9000 range, and complete system crashes.
