Ranked Issues

I main ADC. I am in Bronze. I started out in Bronze 2, got demoted to 5, climbed back up to 3, got demoted to 5. I'm not the greatest player in the world, that's why I started in B2 and I think I could make it to silver.

Bur recently, I have gotten things like Yi supp, WW supp (which actually was trolling the jg because jg took his pick or some hot mess), A bard that went mid instead of supp, an Ashe jg, etc.

I know there are always going to be players like this, but is there any way I can carry on or is the game a complete wash before I even start? I just want out of bronze and each time I get in a game like this every conceivable stat I have goes down. Just looking for tips when I get stuck in games like this.
