What to build/how to play Udyr now?

TL;DR: I figured this should go at the top to save time for readers. What do I build on now? Do I go a Tiger ArPen Hydra build? Full tank Phoenix? Lane with and ? Lane with new ? Is it worth jungling anymore, or is top (or... mid?) better? Should I just go play while he's still busted so I can spam push and force wins like I used to on ? Any help is appreciated. Thank you. Below is sort of my story with Udyr, which shouldn't really affect item advice. If you're not interested, don't bother reading it. It's not important.

**Intro: **Skip if you don't care I started playing in late season four, and he has been my favorite champ ever since. He was really stable; I could carry with him; he was balanced (at least in my opinion); and everything was going great. Then, good old came out. I found that I still had better luck with Devourer, so I stuck to it. However, I as soon as I saw in the professional play more than once (UOL Kikis played him once in S5, as did SKT Tom) and found out he had a 58% winrate, I figured both he and were in for a nerf.

Nerfs: Also skip this if you don't care He got a some damage taken off of Phoenix stance and the Turtle shield was nerfed. also lost 3% MS. I figured that was fair enough, and continued playing him with devourer. However, though his winrate was lowered a bit, he still was over 55% if I recall correctly, so phoenix and turtle both got larger nerfs. I was a little upset by this, as it affected them both early AND late game. I figured nerfing his early game (where I think most of the problem was) would be plenty. But then again, with sated devourer his damage would still be okay and I could just build a little extra health.

Summary of unimportant information: Then, sated devourer was removed, with phantom hit put on the new 3600 gold Guinsoo's, sort of screwing my preferred build path. This is kind of where I lost it. That combined with his moderate nerfs dropped his winrate down to 48%. These things seemed to be enough to confuse even Trick2g, who didn't release a "My Way" video for 6 patches or so. Today, 7/6/16, her release a 6.13 My Way that involved and going MID lane. Even he said he was a little frustrated with the nerfs, and he went through a phase, so I think it's fair to say that is in a weird state right now. Ever since patch 6.9, I've sort of given up, as every time I've tried to play , it's gone rather poorly. Any advice is appreciated.
