Most boots have an additional effect to give another reason for building besides its primary MoveSpeed bonus and its stats
-Slow resist
- Summoner spell CDR
- Tenacity
- 10% Auto damage block
then we have
-nothing (although one could argue the higher than average OOC Ms is it's auxiliary effect)
-nothing
- nothing
so do you guys have any ideas or thoughts?

Zezockary1 votesThe extra stats were added on to make them worth building over the berserkers greaves and sorc shoes. If they do get something it should be very small.

Normally it wouldnt do anything but on champions who just love AS it would be a slightly more efficient buy or open up new item builds??
or what if gave a small amount Out of Combat mana regen like the Meditation Mastery??
