why am i getting matched with them on my main gold 1 account in normals is my mmr that high?

No. Their MMR is probably that low since it uses different MMR from ranked. Those players probably don't play normals much, so their MMR isn't that high. Or they are duoing with a lower person. Personally, I find it complete bullshit. I'm level 25 and I have played against multiple Diamond ranked players. Da fuq rito? They need to factor in ranked MMR into normals as well. They also need to make duos play at the higher player's skill level, or just eliminate duos since it's no fun for the team that gets them.

i also get matched with only duos n premades so its very uninenjoyable

Your MMR is probably of a Platinum player at this point and you're playing with Diamonds who are tanking it a bit, hey who knows we might see each other in a game soon!
