3TWarrior1 votesbecause he was one of the first champions, he's melee ranged, and he falls off fairly hard late game with only one effective damage spell and the other being subject to crowd control for a minute amount of damage when disrupted. his ult is also flash range

He basically makes you as useless as his lack of damage but he has utility to make up for it.
