Did I miss the consensus on Annie?

Before the MYMU, there were at least weekly posts about how OP Annie was. She was braindead easy, has little to no counterplay, and did huge amounts of damage from 3 spells (imagine if she had a 4th damaging spell). But now no one is talking about it. They BUFFED her and gave her such a small amount of counterplay that it's better described as 'clarity for when you're about to get one shot and there's still nothing you can do about it'. Every game I see her in I see/say "**** tibbers". And yet for some reason we're all silent. So have we agreed that she's balanced, just given up on changes, or forgotten about that under the reign on Malz, Swain, and Zed (again. this guy is just unbalancable)?

She deals less burst damage now, but the bear has better DPS.

Totaly agree, there's no outplaying her right now, especially at early levels. One burst combos at level 6 and most mid laners are dead, and if you try and play passively most will flash-ult you. People with range that used to counter her like lux and orianna are useles now since they can't possibly rival her dmg early on.

What idiot down voted this post? For no god damn reason Riot decided to buff an already strong champion.

You assholes at Riot, you think we are going to put up with your bullshit decisions forever. We aren't. Season 6 is awful and you need to purge your company of whatever numbnuts is forcing these changes that weren't need or asked for.
