No one even complains about her lately.
And up until this past week shes rarely banned.
Its not like she got buffed in any way and she isn't DOMINATING lcs

I know 60 base dmg to max spear doesnt seem like a lot but What gives

On a serious side.
She is still complained about. The basis on the complaints are still there and if we asked the very people (a lot of em) who made them, i doubt they changed their mind--or even the reality of why she was complained about. I talked to several challenger players and they all said shes just a complete bullshit champion.
People are just more upset with the Fiora VU/rework, nerfs to ryze, sivir etc... Time to time people are indignant with the state of Olaf (even with the recent pro plays), Kassadin (which was used only vs azir but was still complete crap), Veigar etc..
