Frozen heart needs a buff

I think Frozen Heart could use a buff, increasing the attack speed reduction to 20-25%, 15% is nothing if you got an attack speed champion with capped attack speed, or going for attack speed from early game and has 1.5 by mid game. I mean the reason why you get Frozen heart is to reduce that attack speed + the armor, but the attack speed reduction isn't much at all. You would be better off with Randuin's -30 armor but 500 HP + slow for potential escape/chase for only 400 more gold. Frozen heart needs to be redefined as THE item to go to to counter attack speed beasts, i think right now its only being used for its high armor, bu even so you don't see it being used often because it is over shadowed by better items such as Randuin's and Thornmail. The only reason i'd get Frozen heart would be if the game has extended over 45 minutes and i need to get more armor and i already got the 2 previously mentioned items.

Yeah, It's only like one of the most cost-efficient items in the game, please buff!

You may have forgotten the 20% cdr and massive mana it gives while also being cheaper than Randuin's and having the AS reduction as an aura, not only when they target you. Unless you need the slow of Randuin's or you're manaless, Frozen heart is almost always better.

Okay it's cost efficient, and it would be great to build if you are going against an AD heavy team and you are someone like Blitz, but i've never found myself getting that item for the mana. The 20% CDR is beast though. I just thought 15% AS reduction isn't enough. But like i said unless your a chmp like Blitz that benefits from all that mana, i would say trade half that mana for another 5-10% AS reduction :/

Oh and getting FH and Thornmail is counter intuitive no? I thought of this one game lol
