Qiyana's stun needs enemies to stand near specific terrain. It's also her ult, so it's on a long cooldown. Akali doesn't have a stun anymore. Ekko's stun is on a huge delay, requiring him to predict where enemies will be standing 3 seconds in the future in order to get the stun off.

Their CC is not their strong suit. It's not like a Malphite ult where he just points and clicks and stuns everything in a radius. Their stuns are highly conditional and telegraphed.

The other two are easily avoidable and zoning tools more than CC, they exist to punish people who have no ides how to not stand on shit.

Ekko is not an assassin. Hes more of a skirmisher. Plus, his W is delayed. And its super easy to dodge if you dont jave shitty reflexes.
