why did you give a highly mobile AD assassin hard CC? That's the defining factor of every other AD assassin in the game, no? Tons of burst with zero teamfight potential?

Isn't this kind of breaking consistency by giving her utility as a burst ad assassin? Just asking.

rengar and shaco are both AD assassins with hard CC

qiyanas is highly dependent on where she's fighting to get hers

It seems to me that new releases don´t have to adhere to rules or balance philosophies in general.

usually, it´s just old+1

and then you get power creep.....
