Nunu's Consume + Cinderhulk Interaction

I'm wondering how Nunu's new Consume passive works with Cinderhulk, is it:

1000 x 1.15 = 1150 x 1.15 = 1,322.5

1000 x 1.3 = 1300?

And can I assume % Health runes (I know they're worthless) work the same?

Yep, they stack eachother, thats why he got nerfed in PBE (from 15% to 10%p
