Gameplay wise she does not have a identity, She cant Lane, her stealth is not really usefull laneing, and if she jungles all the popular jungle champs like vi, j4, lee have a large clear advantage and will always have more exp and more gold than eve. The advantage is so bad that these 3 champs and nunu do not have to respect Eve, they can at will invade her jungle and she cant do much about it....In her kit you cant itemize for mr pen or ar pen. Her ult is weak and we are stuck using it as a initiator. She needs a lot more sustain for this jungle.

Lore wise she does have a identity, but her kit could reflect this identity better. She is a Vampire from the shadow isles who works as a assassin. It is kinda funny that Both Vampires in lol do not have a hard cc when most stories about them have some Vamp hypnotizing their victim.

The thing about evelynn is that she has 0 identity. Her stealth could be a really, really, really cool mechanic if her kit revolved around it. But... it doesnt, and feels tacked on. Her appearence could also use a massive change. She looks like a stereotype black who got turned into a troll.
