I better not get banned for this

I have been banned before for my blaming in games. I have been chat restricted. I am doing well to be polite now, yet now, I get reports in games that have other people just hating on me.

Twice as Anivia support, I played her as an APC. I won 1 of those games and lost the other. I played well in both. The ADC in them played alright too. I got a report in BOTH games for my behavior, and I did nothing wrong. I just started CSing 15 minutes in in both.

I even got reported when I Jungled in a victory. I dominated mid and bot hanks, but top was upset that I never helped her. I think she reported me for my "behavior"

I don't know what to do to not get reported. Getting banned after improving my behavior would devastate me.

It really isn't. Anivia can lead the match in AP damage and CS even if she starts late. Have you seen a good anivia? The slows, walls and stuns provide great support in team fights, and they secure kills or save lives. By taking CS @ mid game, I also am a 5th source of burst damage

I have even or position scores with tons of assists as bot lane anivia. I am victorious often enough with her. How is thinking outside the box and securing a victory toxic? They are mad that they're not in their comfort zone.

That's not breaking meta so much as screwing your ADC who is dependent on that cs.

If your ADC agrees then its fine, but no ADC is going to agree. If you want to support didn't assume you are there to get kills. You are there to support your ADC and team, not actively try to be a carry. There is a support item and masteries to help with income.

Not saying I think that's bannable but its not really working with your team so much as saying "deal with it"

The CS-less support is a construct of the meta, deviation from which is not a violation of the Summoner's Code, and not punishable.

Teams don't need that. Teams need vision, and kits with lockdown and aura effects. I'd much rather take a thresh or leona with locket sightstone zekes and talisman. You'd get hooked, or leo stunned and GOODBYE. Then your team rages and reports you as they should.

Lots of experience is good, but it can cloud the imagination. This is true for both video game meta and real life jobs. Be careful being so experienced. You could miss out on good opportunities, such as winning bot lane unconventionally

The whole team has access to trinkets and upgraded trinkets at level 9. Yes, the support tends to do most of the warding, but it is not a requirement to get a sightstone. If all the players on the team put down their maximum 3 stealth and 1 vision wards then there's 20 wards on the map as opposed to the support's only 4. By the time more wards are needed, the trinkets should be recharged.

You forget that the ADC swaps trinket for The Scrying orb at midgame, and mid and jungle get sweeper/oracles. So it's up to the support and MAYBE top lane to ward mainly if top doesn't get a sweeper, but he has more freedom.

Unfortunately, I'm still in Bronze and have yet to see anything remotely close to this happen. lol It's a miracle if someone gets an upgraded trinket without being told to.

It sounds like you aren't being reported for your performance, but for your attitude, so most likely it depends in how you behaved in these games.

In these games, I got friendly honors from other players. I was nice and ignored them. I should report those who were insulting me. I didn't insult them back. I know I am on thin ice

I can't wait until they have replays. I heard they are coming out. Then I can review my own chat logs. I promise to all of you all was good with my language. It is bullies in this game who will flame another, even if they don't argue back, and they will lie on the report to get you banned.

As an Anivia main I sometimes support as her. But due to her reliability on gold income I have certain runes and masteries that allow me to regen mana and generate gold if I get stuck supporting. CS is a big deal when it comes to distributing resources. So setup runes and masteries if you get stuck supporting so you stop making your teammates upset.

Then I am not playing "support" Anivia. I tell them in the lobby every time that I am playing a sleeper APC Anivia and that I will begin taking CS @ 15 minutes. I should not be reported for taking CS, especially considering how effective it makes team fights 35 minutes in. I am getting reports for breaking meta. I also take smite with Poppy in top lane and get reported often. It's effective, and yet people are mean and willing to report for any reason.

You can't get a ban for not following the meta, this includes taking CS from the ADC. You communicated what you were doing so they can't report you for lack of communication. So as long as you weren't being toxic you should be in the clear. People tend to send out reports when things do go their way so you shouldn't have to worry about a ban for your play style.

Yes, you can be reported for anything/nothing but taking cs is NOT a bannable offense.

the trolls that down voted your thread are the same passive aggressive trolls in the game that report you for nothing , i ve been there , had my chat banned many times, yet people here still believe that there is someone that reads the chat logs , but its not true or else my chat would have never been banned. It tells you a lot about a community were everyone reports one another but you have a limit of honors per game. It even funny how the trolls use the report systems as a tool for manipulation ," If you don't do this i tell everyone to report you" there are even the delusional kids who make up stories in the all chat just to get people to report you, the lol community is one of the worst i ever seen for such a cool and amazing game
