Legend:Alacrity vs Legend:Bloodline do you think Bloodline has a place?

Looking around at guides and watching players and streamers I almost always see Alacrity taken. But just spitballing it I feel like Bloodline could be underestimated. Attack speed is already given from the runes and attack speed items are rushed in game. But lifesteal often isn't chosen until the 4th or 5th item and sometimes never. It seems to me bloodline could fill a gap allowing you to pass on the expensive lifesteal item and continue down the path of more crit/armor pen ect. What have you guys experienced in your own play?

no bloodline is garbage on literally every champ in the game lol. They need to replace it with something or nerf alacrity.

BUT REALLY WHAT THEY SHOULD DO IS, REMOVE THESE SNOWBALL RUNES FROM THE GAME ALL TOGETHER, AND REPLACE THEM WITH FLAT STATS INSTEAD OF SNOWBALL STATS.

The attack speed is worth more than the lifesteal in terms of gold value, so you're better off going alacrity and buying a lifesteal item than you are going bloodline and buying AS.

There might be a handful of champs who don't value AS but do value lifesteal out there maybe perhaps (maybe some top laners or something), but those who like both are pretty much all better off with the AS one.
