Kog can go 1v1 with Jinx pretty much any stage of the game.

And I think they actually go even, Kog vs Jinx is dependent on player skill from all the times I've played this matchup.

Jinx I believe is stronger against other squishies and towers, while Kog is stronger against tanks.

Attack speed most certainly. No one beats her except probably Tristana with her active. Damage? Idk I haven't really played kog lol. Overall skill? I think jinx yes. Unless its ap kog then jinx'll get rekt with 3 skills lol.

I've never seen Jinx to 2 shot people, but I have seen Kog and Draven (also saw 1 time Draven to 1shot Ashe :D) to do it. Vayne - 3shotting.

She has more utility, more steroids, but in raw damage kog does better.

However the times where the only thing an ADC was good for was damage are gone, and that's the reason why Jinx is better than every immobile ADC except maybe Draven and Ashe.

So it'd say she outscales him due to the various tools her kit offers.

1v1 kog wins in teamfights jinx is prolly better

If the team comp has a good engage, Jinx generally might be better, if the enemy team has minimal engage in the first place, Kog'Maw will always be better.

Jinx provides more damage in a Teamfight assuming she's hitting at least two people with her rockets.

But in terms of single target damage, Koggy will put out more.

In terms of poke power ZAP! hits a hell of a lot harder than Living Artillery due to its vastly superior scaling and damage type. Jinx also cleans up after fights much better than Kog and actually has a pretty decent self-peel. Jinx' early game contribution is also quite a bit stronger, too.

Koggy's big issue is that Jinx does the 'Long Range Auot-Attacker' thing more reliably than Koggy does while Vayne does the 'Tank Buster' thing more reliably than Koggy does. And of course Ez does the 'super poker' thing better while also being way safer. All three are way safer than Kog.

All three of his major niches are filled better by champions that specialize in them. And thus, no one really picks him.
