I'm tired of seeing Ezreals buid it... and then do bad, real bad.
Never gotten my butt kicked by a Blue 
and i think it is not as effective as low elo players think it is since they lack the mechanical skill to make it useful.

Ez' Q no longer applies OnHit effects. Instead, make it crit at some reduced value.
Maybe then he won't be breaking items for everyone else anymore.

Navai1 votesI had a blue Ezreal not build manamune at all in a 30 min game who built Ice born first and proceeded to throw dirt at the enemies. Blue build is good, but I agree that many players don't actually have the knowledge required to work with blue ezreal.
GenghisEmo1 votesi saw the exact same thing. They dont know how to build well. And when you point out that they newbed up doing so, they defend their actions while continuing to do worse and worse. Had they gone for Manamune things could have worked out a lot better for them, but they rush Gauntlet. I'm not too knowledeable of using Ez, more in fighting him, but i noticed Gauntlet rushers are WAY easier to beat up, though their slows are annoying, they are not as productive.

He got the movespeed on Trinity reduced for ranged champions.
And before that, he got the slow on Frozen Mallet nerfed, too.
Ezreal and Kayle are the two destroyers of item balance. Wouldn't hurt my feelings too much if Riot dumpstered them both until they got a remake. Let them suffer down in the shithole with Urgot for a while.
