A champion that does the majority of his damage just by existing is a pretty shitty design. Coupled with 2 VERY hard CCS and you have a nightmare. I think the concept of a heavy armor champion to counter heavy AA teams is actually a good thing just not the way this guy does it.
Probably when you acquire some actual skills... So possibly never.
Rammus is pretty balanced at the moment though...
all you gotta do is build magic resist or play Master Yi with devourer skirmishers for that true damage no armor penetration needed won't even matter if Rammus has 600 armor coz true damage so y'know whatever Rammus doesn't even exist or you could even play Fiora or Trundle or Diana
