Ashe on the PBE
In all the game I`ve played, I always hear Ashe is Legendary.
Look at a fed Grave trying to 1 vs 1 ashe. Grave died in 2 Q AA hits because she stacked it already on a minion nearby and just W him for the final stacks.

Sire Hippington1 votesi playd her a few times on PBE, and if she gets live in her current sttus, i expect a 60%+winrate and permaban. She has even more utillity than befor and a hyperscaleing dps that exedes a stacked minigun Jinx(atleast for 4sec, which are enough usually) It's a massive buff to a champ that already has a 51%winrate(not saying current ashe is already to strong, but she'S definitly not as weak as most people seem to think she is)
MLDzXnRRR1 votesShe is immobile and slow - any assasin can burst her. Also champions with immune to slows (Yi, Olaf, Morgana\s shield) take no bonus dmg from her (maybe they fixed this).
