maybe item 3022 the extra slow along with item 3025 will make you almost impossible to fight.

Looks fine I guess. I like black cleaver for the movespeed, health, and cooldown reduction. Not sure if the armor shred matters much to Fizz though.

That's not really tank, that's just a bruiser-ish build

Try this:

item 3153 item 3091 item 3158

These are your core damage items and I actually find wits end interesting on him. From there, you'd want durability with the possibility of having some CDR, but you want HP too. Probably just go randuins + banshees with cinderhulk.
