I wonder how come Zac's W of all things wasn't changed?

I mean don't get me wrong i don't think the ability is weak... it's just there's like no interaction with it. And it's boring, it's like nothing is going on really. Yet it was kept, this is the one thing that confused me, if the update was to change a champion to do interesting or fun unique things how come this ability was fit to stay?
