Haven't been able to play since the patch dropped between work and children so I'm curious about the updates. I've seen complaining posts about Morde / Garen / Darius / Skarner with equal amounts "Nerf" and "Buff" - so which is it?

Which is weird, because PBE forums were saying Skarner was gimicky and not very good... So you think he's good or bad and why?
