Where is all this "URF Toxicity" everyone keeps talking about?
I've played nearly 10 hours of URF now, and haven't had a single game where anyone flamed anyone for picking the "wrong" champions. Not ONE single time.

The Boards make up for less than 1% of the entire community let alone the NA group.
It's also homogenized to contain the same types of people, so of course you're going to hear bandwagonny stuff.
Do you have any stats on that? My experience agrees with OP, I don't see all the toxicity people are claiming that URF brings. I'm just wondering if there are population stats available on Boards users and the LoL community.
I don't know any stats, but it makes sense that more posts are going to be some kind of complaint. Most people would never visit the forums if there wasn't something they wanted to complain about. Come for the catharsis, stay for the discussions. A census would be interesting though.
same here
Give it time my friend
Yea, maybe in another 10 hours I'll run into my first flamer. One in twenty hours, that really makes the case for all of these "Everyone in URF is toxic" posts I keep seeing everywhere.
For me it seems like I have one person who's toxic every other game, but idunno. Obviously it's just chance.
Not ONE single time. +1 ^^
No Idea what these guys are talking about. x'D
I haven't had anybody be toxic in URF personally...but in every game I play there is like Nidalee, Zed, Ezreal...ugh.
I haven't either. You have to earn flaming in URF, these kids must have been really beyond terrible.
EDIT: I take that back I have seen people get flamed for using Yasuo because he's like the worst player in URF.
I finally found my first toxic URF player! A Vlad who got mad at me for picking MF... but he didn't say anything after game when I had more damage to champs than him and also a better KDA.
I was going to write something about how damage dealt to champions and your KDA aren't anywhere nearly as important as how much you contributed to objectives,
but then I remembered we're talking about URF.
What's an "objective"?
The closest i've come to it was a civil discussion on balance and how charge-up abilities were likely weaker.
Dunno, i do see ppl going gg ez on games that are 5 OP champs vs fun joking stuff or 4vs5 but i barely see someone responding to the baits, which kinda surprises me since in normal SR or other modes it usually ends in flame wars and "plz report x4 or x9".
Low mmr probs.
Played
jungle. Proceeded to get flamed and called a noob/bitch, etc. All because I always had my ult up and killed people like crazy. Yay urf
I'm toxic as hell, just ask Riot. :| Received a 75 game chat ban because I had a Teemo that followed me everywhere and just fed. At ~59 games left now but. I definitely ruin games for everyone and regret everything yet nothing.
Everyone's been civil to me in URF so far, but I've still seen plenty of infighting on my team and the enemy team, sometimes about picks. It's been better than the other game modes, but it still happens.
they mean it's toxic because everyone spams the most op champs
+1
All I did was miss one ban cause I didn't have
and someone wanted me to ban him. and then I was called so many names and some one left while we were picking.
