Corki's Q used to blind

It had no counterplay because phosphorus bomb used to be instant like Annie. Now, corki's Q is completly useless late game, and corki loses damage if he casts Q because it has a casting time, not to say his Q is magical damage so is his R, and his late game spells aren't so much good because corki doesn't have mr pene. Riot please, maybe reduce the damage to 240 from 280, but give his blind back now we can dodge it. He will be more than a lanestomper and will be actually good late game.
