I just don't understand him at all now. I got him to M5 before his rework when I actually knew how to make his kit work, but his new one is so confusing to me. I can't hit his stun at all. People that say that Nami's bubble is hard to hit should try hitting people with Taric's stun and getting back to me on that. How do you line people up for it?
How do you win with him? He seems so ineffectual in fights now.

His presence alone makes women wet, men get jealous and perform worse. If the enemy team has an Ezreal he can't hurt you, it's coded in the game, Ez can't hurt his fabulous lover.
Ah, also, you can play Taric by landing a good ultimate in a teamfight, easy win if your team is smart enough to capitalize on it :D

So trying to win as Taric in bronze elo is like expecting an NA team to win worlds then?

right at the end to basically guarantee your stun. The way his stun works, is your opponents are basically going to try to predict your movements, so you gotta predict theirs. I guess if you really get down to it, predicting their habits and good ping/reaction speed is key. I have 60 ping and I dont think its difficult to lane.
Taric's ult is great with or against engage comps in my opinion.
Off the top of my head, something like,
both ulting might actually just be disgusting.

Try Nami instead if you trust your team/ADC or Sion if you need engage.

I've realised that over the past couple of games. I'm just trying to get mastery 6/7 with him, although it seems like I won't be able to.
