morgana and janna...good supports? which one?

so I have enough for another 1350 IP champ and I want another support. as I want sups to break the stale feeling of .....to give you an idea the only other champs I play is . and rarely when I auto to mid . Both janna AND morg have something that is the form of a stun,but more can make damaging areas and janna slows. Janna has a movement passive and morg has spellvamp for some more time in lane(how much SV? for some reason its not listed so idk...)and both have some pretty similar ults. morgs slows and damages,and if people stay near her they get stunned. jannas launches people away and heals allies. all there suff is usefull I just don't know what would be better. and both morg and janna have shields to give
