Ruin Lance1 votesno because his q is an ability and taunt makes it so you auto attack. and his q is not an auto attack it's just a fancy way of saying that it applies on hit effects (although only to the first target hit)
TTVSushiDevourer1 votesIf it was an ability it's cd would be reduced by cdr, however it is reduced by attack speed and clearly states it is treated as an auto attack. Im aware that it is an ability i just feel this would be funny
