Sure in the right hands. Isn't every champ good in the right hands? Jax has an extremely weak early game, and is supposed to snowball with the right items. Jax's late game isn't even that good anymore that's why he's getting some buffs, and hopefully this makes up for the lore parts of being so strong that he uses a lamp post.
