New passive on his Q With each strike of Q on his first and second strike Morde gains 5% and then 10% movement speed bonus (total 15%). While Q is being stacked, after the first strike, Morde can not be slowed (Is not immune to CC but can not be slowed, same as Yi ult but not as much movement speed bonus).
Numbers may be off but if Rylais gets a heavy nerf this may be an option?

KnightOfEloHell2 votesI like that idea, it's perfect. It can be amazing when rylias is nerfed.
It would make it easier to land all 3 Q's in a game where there is so much mobility, and really thematically for making Morde a TRUE juggernaut. It also would allow more options for better and more diverse build paths.
Also, with this simple Q passive, Morde's kit can remain untouched, and there will be no reason to buff Morde's base MS.
There is still counterplay with this passive, such as blinds, suppressions, rooting, and dashes.
I really hope your idea is looked at and becomes a reality. Upvoted.

It wouldn't make him immune to CC, nor would it apply when his Q is not being used. Only after the first stack - so he can't simply press Q and walk through everything.

Minions? If you gave him a speed boost, perhaps immune to slow throughout his Q he could use minions to boost his speed and give himself that immunity then get to who ever he needs to his for the K.O. shot.

In my suggestion he can still be slowed/cc'd while his Q is not stacking. While it is stacking (after the first strike) he can not be slowed, but is not immune to any other CC.

While it would be good, it would not be fair. Even now, I get cc'd but can still get closer with Stormraider's.
I love the MS passive on Q. I WISH AND HOPE that it happens, but without the invulnerablity to cc. It's rather unfair, and lacks counterplay for Mords that focus mobility such as myself.

Let me state this for the third time. Immune to SLOW NOT immune to CC. And a 15% MS bonus isn't much, just just a little tiny burst that would help IF they nerf rylais.

they designed him around having a slow from the item, just put it in his kit and be done with it. considering voli and mundo have slows in their kits as juggs, giving morde one isnt too outrageous.
make his q refresh it if its already applied.
