Zilean needs some love, i think we should change how his rewind works. +passive ideas
Current: Rewind COST: 35 MANA COOLDOWN: 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 ACTIVE: Zilean reduces the cooldowns of Time Bomb and Time Warp by 10 seconds.
With it no longer effecting his ult and his bombs being rather hard to land I think it could use a mini rework.
New: Rewind Range: 800 COST: 35 MANA COOLDOWN: 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 ACTIVE: Zilean's next Time Bomb or Time warp triggers no cooldown. Increases the cooldowns of nearby enemies by 1s. Passive: Zilean gains health regen equal to 20/40/60/80/100% of his mana regeneration.
New: Rewind Range: 800 COST: 35 MANA COOLDOWN: 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 ACTIVE: Forces target enemy back in time 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds. (they get blinked back to where they came from)
Also how would you feel about changing his passive?
Current: Heightened Learning RANGE: 1500 Increases experience gain of all allied champions within Heightened Learning's range by 8%.
New: Heightened Learning Range: 800 Zilean bends time reducing the speed of harmful projectiles by 30%.
New: Heightened Learning Zilean gains CDR based on his bonus mana or ap.
New: Time Stop Range: 700 When Zilean drops below 30% health he stuns nearby enemies for 1s. 180 second cooldown.
New: Time dilation Range: 1000 Every time zilean casts a spell, he gains a stack of time dilation, stacking up to Y times(lasts X seconds.) Zilean and his allies gain x/y/z % CDR while enemies lose the same amount.
