Are Swain nerfs justified?

This just came out on PBE:

Swain

Nevermove (W) root duration reduced to 1/1.3/1.5/1.8/2 seconds from 2 at all ranks.

I actually think he should be nerfed even more. As he is most probably the most buffed champion in the history of the game. And those buffs are basically without any reason at all. This guy is too strong even with his supposed weaknesses: grievous wounds, ult heavily drains mana. I mean his W is barely a skillshot. Swain is the Wukong of midlaners: too good for what he does for how little effort he requires to play.

This nerf is quite significant IMO seeing as W is harder to land than other stuns. I see a lot of people up in arms about Swain nerf.........but I still think Soraka got hit the hardest this upcoming patch.

Did nerfs need to happen for these champs....probably.

Did so many nerfs need to come at the same time for a single champion.....probably not.

Youve clearly never SEEN swains history. His most major change was a passive rework. thats it.

This is one his first changes in years.
