Garen QoL / Player Satisfaction Buff

Hello all-

This past weekend, I've spent a fair amount of time playing Garen , and there's one small thing I feel that he's lacking.

I know that I've been meting JUSTICE all over the twisted treeline, but every game of villains starts to blur together. I've lost track of just how much JUSTICE I was dealing in each game, and frankly both myself and the villains should know exactly how wrong they are and how right I am.

And so, my proposal: Give Garen a JUSTICE counter. Every time he gets a kill or assist on The Villain, give him a stack of JUSTICE. This could be displayed as a small buff above the ability bar, or as bonus information when you hover over his ultimate, but either way let the players know just how much JUSTICE has been dealt. It would give Garen players the ability to see how much JUSTICE they've been able to bring to the game, and increase their own satisfaction at the Good Work they are doing.

I'd suggest allowing Garen to actually dole out Justice more reliably on the Rift before any other changes, even if what you suggest is more cosmetic.

That said, it would be an amusing stat to keep track of.

Only if JUSTICE gets a bit louder for each stack.

I like Garen and I like NNGGJYUSTICE! I'd like to see this and maybe some reason for higher skill players to play him more! When I suggest Garen to Sickmotionlol it's a no and makes me sad because Garen is fkn exciting!
