[GAMEPLAY] Zyra Passive Not Functioning in select areas of Twisted Treeline

I was jungling on Twisted Treeline the other day when I realized that my passive turned off while standing in the area between the altar and the nexus, including near the golem and wraith camps. The ability appeared to be off cool down, yet it was not spreading seeds. Once I walked away from that side of the jungle, the seeds began spawning as normal. I believe this has something to do with the relatively low linear distance to the Nexus, but it does lead to (probably) unintentional reduction in character power for some key areas of the map.

To reproduce as I found it:

1. Play Zyra on Twisted Treeline (ranked queue, but I would expect this doesn't matter)
2. Upon purchasing items, exit the base area through the north entrance, then go into jungle immediately and stand by golem camp.
3. Observe that sadly, the seeds just aren't coming.

I was able to reproduce this bug two more times, and ultimately ended up changing my jungle path to accommodate it.
