Question About the New Abyssal and Kassadin's Passive

So, the new aura on the PBE states that "nearby enemy champions take 10% more magic damage." Does this mean that passive, which makes him take 15% reduced magic damage, will now only reduce magic damage taken by 5% when Kassadin is affected by the new aura? And if it will, won't that make Kassadin noticeably more prone to being one-shot by champions he is supposed to counter (like LeBlanc)?

It most likely doesn't subtract like that, it'll probably reduce the damage by 15% and then increase that new value by 10%.

But I don't know that for sure.

Yeah I think it reduces the damage by 15% first and then increases it by 10% (or the other way around, doesnt matter). But I dont think it will make Kassadin weaker since the ~20 mr reduction from Abyssal atm is better against him.
