ADCs are so weak in this meta

You can state that vayne and other adcs are picked a lot but look at the larger picture. With sated devourer here, kayle, yi, ww, udyr and any large damage jungler now exists. Any ww ult, kayle ult, yi ult, udyr stun will end the adc whether it's a duel or teamfight. Right now even vayne can't handle the tankiness and cc in teamfights. I feel adcs as a whole need either a damage buff or something to negate damage. All the peel in the world won't stop 2-3 people diving the adc nor can the adc lifesteal or dodge everything in this meta.
