Riot, can we remove inner turret?

At this point, with how weak towers are, I think it’s perfectly fine if towers get demolished by themselves past 20 minutes.

Why is this a good idea?

1. Opens up the map; allows for more roaming and fighting
2. Prevents even more snowball by global gold
3. Ends the game faster as now you can’t stall under turret
4. Removes useless pebble shooter. I’ve never had a game where my innw turret actually was useful
