I really enjoy playing as and VS Jhin tbh. He has clear weaknesses especially with the somewhat long Reload time, and clear things that he excells on.

Caytheles1 votesTrue, idk lots of people are saying he is weak due to his lack of damage in early shots, but Jhin isnt one of those aa to win adc. he really requires teamwork if you want to dominate unlike other champs that can shitroll on people just by themselves because of stupid passives "Cough Vayne Cough"
