Changed region and honour level restarts

"honour level is one of the things that is not transferred, since by transferring you are joining a new community that has not had the opportunity to meet you" What does it matter from which region they are? Are not all players humans who I should interact the same with? Will I be more toxic in EUWest than EUN?? League of legends has millions of players so I am going to meet new people every game anyway. By riot's logic, there should be different honour systems for flex ranked and normals and 3v3s arams etc cuz they are different communities. Incredible now I must play 600 more games to get to honour level 3 which is what I should be right now.
