The current report system is broken and it needs to be improved ( I have proof )

I have tried to resolve this without having to post this in public but the support that I talked to either didn't care, just wanted to deny the fact that I proved the system is broken or didn't want to answer my question. So here it is, a days ago I was in a game where I gone ezreal jungle and things started to get spicy really fast. After I pinged for assistance when I ganked, the braum support wrote the first line on the chat " why dont u stfu with your fucking pings" (NOTE I am saying this how i remember I dont have the exact chat log but this is how I remember it). I just said nothing and continued, then I went for a gank top. Our gankplank was 50 hp and was fighting. I came to kill his opponent and saved him. Then he said " U FU CKING CU NT" "I FU CKING HAD IT". I said "you were 50 hp couldnt risk it so u die and u flame me even more" He said: "IM FUC KING GANKPNAK U FU CKING MORON" then i continued explaining and said my first insult "fu cking re tard" Then after that I just ignored and the brand mid that we had was going to defend a 10 hp turret vs 3 fed enemy members when he was behind. I was taking wolves. He went in and died. And obviously he started flaming. Now im not going to write the whole conversation as I don't remember it well im just going to sum it up. Braum Brand and Gankplank were very toxic and flamed me. I threw some insults back. After the game ended they all reported me and since it was a 3v1 fight, I got a chat restriction. Now maybe I deserve that restriction I'm not asking for it to be removed but the funny thing is THEY DIDNT GET A RESTRICTION. I have talked with two rito supports and they both said the same thing "We cannot reveal if they are punished or not" I did not know if they had a punishment while I was talking with the first rito support so I told him that I will find out. With irony he sarcastically told me "To do that the only way is to tell them directly". That is what I did. I will attach the screenshots so you can see the irony. The second rito support completely ignored the question of why they didnt get banned and kept saying "we do not tolerate toxic behavoiur bla bla bla". So I will attach the screenshots. I have 3 screenshots of all of the players I had the argument with. The most ironic thing is that one of them ( the braum if i remember correctly" said that he didnt get banned and added " funny too because I was toxic too" LOL they didnt know it was me. So here you go sry for my bad english and disorganised writing. I am writing this only to show the flaws of this broken system in hope for it to be fixed. Before anything, it isn't evidence that they provide you here. Some people just lie because they are c*nts or don't want to give you the satisfaction.

Having said that can you recall exact chatlogs or insults in memory because I really want to find out how the system works and so far have figured out the following things from the chatlogs/bans I have seen:

  1. chatlogs are barely ever given out without reason
  2. feederbuster is finicky as fuck
  3. the system defines toxicity as: 1: toxic words 2: toxic sentences(such as my toplane cant even breathe(no toxic words, but toxic non the less)) 3: spam(100 rules of the same word) 4: a ban skip for hatespeech/encouraging suicide
  4. leaverbuster is quite lenient unless you dodge a lot of champ select etc.
  5. Some people seem to not get banned when toxic

I am trying to compile what the system does and does not see as punishable and would like to know exactly what they said in game so I can figure out why that doesn't get detected. It is a minor interest of mine.

Or they weren't toxic enough and/or in enough games to be hit with a restriction right away and you're just blowing what they said out of proportion because you're just mad. Or they did get hit with a restriction, checked their history and/or remembered you, and lied to piss you off.

I get all the hate coming from the community. I was a "toxic person" so everyone will disagree with me since they want to get people "like me" off this game. I can see it from the response on other posts in this forum. No matter what they will disagree. I just wanted to expose the flaws in the system in hope to be fixed and get better. Ah well.
