Make a votekick in champ select in order to get rid of trolls

Tired of trolls in champ select which make me have to dodge in order to lose less lp. Please make a vote kick so that if there is a troll someone can start a votekick and if all 4 players vote yes this guy will be kicked from champion select back into lobby while others get back in to queue, basically means I don't have to dodge anymore, the troll does.

Of course this does have some disadvantages such as 4 players voting yes to kick a bad pick but that's very unlikely and riot should have records of those votekicks in order to make sure no one's exploiting the system. Also from the records they can also give punishments to real trolls. This way I can go into champion select without the worry of having a troll in my team and will help me climb much faster.

Its a bad idea. Its not going to happen. It shouldnt happen. Its easily abusable.

The amount of whining and crying over what people pick will increase. This community is too childish and petty to be allowed to kick people form a lobby. By childish I mean theyre delusional idiots that see someone die 3 times they call it intentional feeding (doesnt matter if theyre getting hammered by a duo que top and jg team) and want them reported.

Take that mentality, and watch people start calling for kicks on a player that wants to play a champ that got a minor nerft in the current patch.

Imagine an ADC/jg duo qued up and the ADC demands a tank support, and doesnt get it and they and their duo buddy vote to kick. One of the other two people voting go ahead and vote yes just to get out of the match cause if that ADC doesnt get their way and has to play with a non tank support their going to be a tilted crybitch the whole match. Its better to just cave to the crying demands and avoid that ADC eventual tilt than to vote not to kick.

Thats the main reason we cant have this in place. Someone will inevitably get high-strung and decide X champ isnt viable, call for vote to kick them, and get tilted from the lobby when they dont get their way. Then they will go into "punish people for not giving me what I want mode" and the pick you didnt want wont be what keeps you from climbing, it will be the "punish my teammates troll."

4-man groups could abuse the fuck out of it, though.

"Oh, you got grouped with a 4-man?, well you better play _____ or we are kicking you."

Or having anyone play off-meta. Unless they're in a duo - then the system just doesn't work.

I don't think this is a good idea. It is highly abusable since 4 premade trolls can just kick the fifth guy everytime they get into champion select. And since I'm assuming you can just start queing up directly after a game has been cancelled due to a guy being kicked, the 4 trolls can just end games early, kick after kick after kick. It will also make it alot harder to actually get into a game, since both teams has to go through 2 minutes of not kicking ANYONE. It would especially be hard to get into a game in lower elos since the amount of trolls are higher.

And what exactly happens to the guy that got kicked? Does he lose lp? Does he get a que dodge timer as if he dodged? Can he just start queing immediately after he has been kicked? Because if it is the latter, then the votekick system would be completely irrelevant.

how about a vote mute instead , where the person voted gets chat restricted with like 5 messages stacked , and 1 message regen/minuite

I agree with the system but not with the execution. Namely its easy to get out of a 4 vote majority by simply bringing a buddy. Plus in flex the entire thing comes crashing down. I'd change it from a vote kick to a vote dodge and simply require a majority. If the dodge goes through the person who initiate the vote cannot do so again for a day or so.

Hello all. Thanks for your feedback. I understand that this probably can be abused and bring a lot of disadvantages. This was an idea which just popped off and thought it would be cool to share it, some of the disadvantages, I didn't even think of. But maybe if riot could investigate on something like this ( not like this maybe similar ) or maybe they can work to find a way to counter the possible ways to abuse this system, it could be a good system that can give us better teammates and a better way to play league of legends.

I think they just need to bring back ranked game bans. That way we can report a player for being unskilled again.

The problem is that people will just gang up and kick someone when their team comp is inferior to the enemy, or if someone picks something off meta (which doesn't necessarily mean bad.
