I do not really see the logic of this if we can change it in champ select, it will just be a waste of time and make us redo them every single game. Would be much simpler if we can have more runepages to assign them to certain champions.
Riot still sells additional rune pages if you want to improve your Quality of Life.
I'm much more OK with them selling minor QoL features than the old system where they were straight-up strategic advantages bought with cash.
They combined masteries and runes just to grab some more money because no one really bought any additional rune pages, cuz they weren't that impactful. I still won't buy any additional rune pages even after this. If I will be autofilled support, idc, I will just play katarina or lb with my runes as I don't want to search through the internet to find suitable runes for alistar/soraka to quickly change them. And the price for 1 rune page is ridiculous.
You get the same amount you had before...plus the 5 presets.
You had 20 mastery pages like everyone. But you only start with 2 rune pages.
It´s pay-to-win..... Riot gets greedy..... Better start looking for another game man. If u find one, answere this comment. I am interested <3
