Can we get the wide variety of old Runes back? (statistics)

The stats we get now is like nothing, 15-90 hp wow, you get to pick 3 of these runes. Why can't we have our 30 runes back with all the stats? Regeneration, mana, health, mixed damage, etc.

I absolutely loved the old runes variety and I miss it. There where so many ways I could upgrade my champion, change it to my liking, my own play style. It's currently really hard to specialize in my main champion with these forceful runes and updates.
