Passive: Not attacking for (3 seconds - 0.02 per 1% bonus AS) makes your next basic attack deal 2.5% of the target's maximum health as bonus physical damage and grant +15% MS decaying over 1.5 seconds. The damage and movement speed are affected by critical strikes.
