How Much Damage Does Thunderlord's Actually Do?

In case people are curious how much damage Thunderlord's is doing for you. I just got done playing a damage as Talon and I was looking at the breakdown of my damage. I did a pretty hefty 49,711 damage to champions (Granted I was stupidly fed). Curious to see how much damage Thunderlord's was actually doing for me I look at the magic damage dealth. (Since Talon does 0 magic damage on his own).

Edit: http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2055411224/39816033?tab=overview

43,571 of that damage was physical. 87.64% 4,253 of the damage was magical. 8.55% 1,887 of the damage was true damage. (Ignite and red buff) 3.79%

So Thunderlord's was making up roughly 8% of my damage done to champions. That is really a huge amount considering it's CD and Talon being 100% physical damage. Granted this is just one case of a game. But it can give you an idea of how much damage Thunderlord's does.

tl;dr Thunderlord's does a decent amount of your overall damage.

I think with the buffs to FoB it'll actually be worth picking up by ADCs. However Thunderlord's is just too good to pass up for assassins. Even with the precision nerf in the works it is still worth it.

thats the entire idea behind the mastery, wtf are you complaining for? its like grasp of the undying is good on any health stacking champ who isnt a support tank, and fervor and warlords are only strong on adc and on hit carries.

I am not complaining? I am just stating that it's really good for assassins.

yes, but this statement sounds like a surprise or complaint. otherwise why state the obvious?

Well other circumstances may have given you magic damage that game.

Did you have a Sona on your team? Her Q gives you magic damage.

Did you have a Nami on your team? Her E gives you magic damage.

Did you have a Lulu on your team? Her E gives you magic damage.

Did your support build an Ardent Censer? That gives you magic damage.

Leona was the only one that could have done it. But the problem is the damage of her passive is counted on her behalf not mine.

Actually not true. It counts as your damage and benefits from any penetration you might have. Check the Wiki if you don't believe me.

You're playing an AD Assassin, are you honestly surprised it did that much damage?

Yeah, thunderlord gives huge damage. On full build Kassadin, it was giving me around 300 free damage to my already huge burst (I had Luden and Lich Bane). Let's be honest, that's a lot. I like to call thunderlord "free Luden", because that's what it is.

am pretty sure something like frevor of battle on aa champs would end up doing more damage.and deathfire touch on dot champs.

What was build, items and masteries/ runes, add all ad up from that.... And it is 30% of that. 75ad item, thunderlord deals 22.5 if that is the ONLY bonus ad you have as magic damage.

Making ad champs have the better trsfe because mr technically reduces it and ad with secret ap damage is sleeper op strong.
