he marks you, gets crit AP, then snares, thus being able to kill you with the help of jg, I wouldn't mind the snare if it was a skill shot, but it's basically an Annie ult minus the stupid bear, cause you just hover over someone then press whatever key it's on.
MisterSki1 votesHere is how buffs and nerfs work.
Slythion1 votesthe way you described it makes it seem almost like...annie
get in range for a snare/stun + jg gank = dead
why no complaining about annie's laning phase? Her stun is a lot easier to land and her she doesn't get minion blocked, meaning the only defence against her is literally range, not positioning

First of all she doesn't have crit AP by just marking you.
secondly, Annie sucks
Requiemsfire1 votesDifference is, this "crit AP" is a fundamental part of Ryze's kit and the primary source of his damage, Annie doesn't need a damage steroid outside of thunderlords decree and pretty much instagibs you the instant you come into range with zero counterplay.
Secondly, Annie's actually pretty damn strong.

Not when you play Ahri or Veigar like I do, the lil bitch doesn't last more than 3 seconds.
