"we want to buff ezreal"

yet his W will still be shit.

let's just remember that -you cuted by the damage by 40 -reduced the width (which was the problem cause it used to hit you even if you weren't in the zone) -removed the AS debuff who made him unique unlike other ADC

now the spell: -does no damage -is useless in late game -has a very situational utility (buffing allies for 5 seconds, and sometime self buffing as)

I mean. If you build AP it's OP. If all his abilities were powerful on both AD and AP then he'd be pretty powerful.

OR remove cast time on w so it doesn't feel as awkward using it in place of a q or aa

Wish people would stop saying that debuffs are what makes a champion unique, especially if they don't even need it to begin with.

(Ezreal already pokes much better than any other carry, he doesn't need better dueling potential too.)

much better than corki? are you kidding? even varus has a better poke. ezreal used to be the only one who had an AS debuff

And yet after the removal of the AS debuff, he still did just fine.

are we forgetting the dozen of nerfs he received afterwards?

Which only solidifies my point: He lost the AS Debuff and was still too strong, and then got further nerfs.

i prefer having my W being usefull instead of reverting the nerfs he received

He's not getting his AS slow back. Not opposed to buffs to Ezreal (as long as they are careful about it), but he isn't getting his amazing dueling potential back.

many adc like graves and vayne could dueled him back then, because the missile speed was low. The problem is that if you dodged it with dashes you would still be hit by it like old darius pull. And it dealed 275 damage, the damage allowed ezreal's player to max it first.

giving his debuff back won't broke him, just giving his W more utility because right now the utility is near 0. He would be able to slow attack speed in teamfight to 2 or 3 champions which give him an uniqueness.
